In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon powder, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
