  3. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
  4. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  5. Cut the avocado into thin slices.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the hummus, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous amount of the hummus mixture on top.
