Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

In a separate pot, boil corn for 5 minutes and drain.

In a blender, combine basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, corn, cherry tomatoes, and pesto. Mix well.

Let the flavors meld for 5 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
