  1. In a blender, grind the pistachios into a fine powder.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer and then add the ground pistachios and sugar. Stir until well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the green tea bags. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea bags and strain the mixture into a bowl. Allow it to cool.
  5. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions.
  6. In a glass, add the cooked tapioca pearls, ice cubes, and the pistachio mixture. Stir well.
  7. Serve the Pistachio Bubble Tea chilled.
