  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together finely chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, grated ginger, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the onion mixture in the center of each circle and seal the edges to form a stuffed ball.
  5. Roll out each stuffed ball into a flatbread.
  6. Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown, applying ghee as needed.
  7. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
