  1. In a mixing bowl, add sliced onions, gram flour, rice flour, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, water, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
  3. Take a small portion of the onion mixture and drop it into the hot oil using a spoon or your fingers.
  4. Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown and crispy from all sides. Remove them using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
