  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a larger cavity.
  4. In a bowl, mash the scooped avocado flesh with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dice the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Mix the diced vegetables with the mashed avocado.
  7. Stuff the avocado halves with the mixture.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Place the stuffed avocados on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
