In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat honey and peanut butter for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish. Press down firmly to create an even layer.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours or until firm.
