In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well combined.

Fold in shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, and a pinch of sea salt.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1 hour.
