In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Fold in dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.

Scoop out tablespoonfuls of the mixture and shape into cookies.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
