Wash the molukhia leaves and remove any tough stems.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the molukhia leaves to the pot and cook for a few minutes until wilted.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in the lemon juice, salt, cumin, coriander, and black pepper.

Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the soup rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with rice or bread.
