  1. Wash the molukhia leaves and remove any tough stems.

  3. Add the molukhia leaves to the pot and cook for a few minutes until wilted.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, cumin, coriander, and black pepper.
  7. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
