Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.

Let the salad rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
