Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.

Dice the red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, and parsley.

In a large bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, diced vegetables, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
