Wash and dry the romaine lettuce.

In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.

Grill the romaine lettuce for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove the lettuce from the grill and drizzle the sauce over it.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
