Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
