  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch thick slices.

  4. Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a baking dish.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour the butter mixture over the sweet potatoes, making sure to coat them evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
  9. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and toasted.
