Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into fish-like shapes.

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and water to make the marinade.

Place the tofu in the marinade and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the tofu is baking, cut the nori sheets into fish-like shapes.

Remove the tofu from the oven and place a piece of nori on each tofu piece.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Return the tofu to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
