Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until coated with the spice mixture.

Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
