  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
