Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add honey, applesauce, vanilla extract, egg, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
