In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add diced potatoes, pumpkin, corn, white beans, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, bay leaves, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Remove the bay leaves and adjust the seasoning if needed.
