  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Peel back the husks of the corn, but leave them attached at the base.
  4. Remove the silk from the corn and brush each ear with the spice mixture.
  5. Pull the husks back over the corn and tie the ends with kitchen twine.
  6. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the husks and sprinkle the corn with cilantro.
  9. Serve with lime wedges.
