  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Fold in the dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
