Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions.

In a food processor, combine the kalamata olives, green olives, garlic cloves, fresh basil leaves, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Drain the cooked linguine and return it to the pot. Add the olive tapenade and toss to coat the pasta evenly.

Serve the linguine with two-olive tapenade hot, garnished with extra basil leaves if desired.
