  4. Mix in the beaten egg to bind the mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized patties.
  6. Roll each patty in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  7. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the patties.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
