Shred the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.

Core and chop the green apple.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and chopped apple.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
