Shred the green cabbage and carrots.

Thinly slice the green bell pepper, green onion, and fresh parsley.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, sliced bell pepper, green onion, and parsley.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
