  1. Rinse the lentils and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  4. Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Add the lentils, tomatoes, and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
  7. Remove the stems from the Swiss chard and chop the leaves.
  8. Add the Swiss chard leaves to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in the lemon juice.
  10. Remove from heat and let the soup rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
