Blonde Bliss Vegan Fondue
Traditional fondue originated in Switzerland and was initially made with Swiss cheeses. However, this vegan version replaces the cheese with a creamy cashew-based sauce, offering a delicious and cruelty-free alternative.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vegetable broth, cornstarch, white wine, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in fresh chives, parsley, and dill.

Serve the fondue in a fondue pot or a heatproof bowl, and serve with sliced baguette.
