  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
  3. Add chopped onions, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  4. Add peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add coriander leaves and mix again.
  7. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the potato mixture on one corner.
  8. Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle, enclosing the filling.
  9. Continue folding in a triangle shape until the end of the wrapper.
  10. Seal the edges with water.
  11. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
  12. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
