Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.

Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
