Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the romaine lettuce head in half lengthwise.

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the cut sides of the lettuce.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Place the lettuce halves cut-side down on the grill.

Grill for about 2-3 minutes, until the lettuce is slightly charred.

Flip the lettuce halves and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
