Marinate tempeh in a mixture of orange juice, tahini, and spices for 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and heated through. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, tahini, and olive oil to make the dressing. Slice avocado and radicchio. Serve grilled tempeh steak on a bed of radicchio, topped with avocado slices and drizzled with the orange dressing. Enjoy!
