Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until melted.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
