Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the acorn squash into 1/2-inch thick rings and remove the seeds.

In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and cinnamon.

Brush the glaze mixture onto both sides of the squash rings.

Place the rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the rings halfway through.
