Wash the garlic shoots and cut them into 5cm long pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic shoots to the pan and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the sauce mixture over the garlic shoots and stir well.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic shoots are tender.

Serve hot and garnish with additional sesame seeds, if desired.
