  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then slice it into sticks.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each tofu stick with the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the tofu sticks until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove from the pan and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, wasabi paste, vegan mayonnaise, fresh dill, and fresh parsley.
  8. Serve the fried tofu sticks with the wasabi mustard ranch dip.
