Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix the fava bean flour, rice flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a dough.

Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and press it out evenly to form a rectangle.

Press the rosemary sprigs into the top of the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1-2 hours before serving.

Cut into squares and serve.
