  4. Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat tofu and vegetables.
  5. Pour in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and vegetable broth. Stir until well combined.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
