Press tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic cloves. Sauté until translucent.

Add tofu cubes and cook until slightly browned.

Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat tofu and vegetables.

Pour in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and vegetable broth. Stir until well combined.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Stir in fresh cilantro and lime juice.
