Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and cut them into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the boiled potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
