Wash and chop the collard greens.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until golden brown.

Add collard greens and vegetable broth, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in raisins and almonds, season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
