This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, puffed wheat, dried cherries, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, break the granola into clusters.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
