Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion becomes translucent.

Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well.

Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in chickpeas and kale. Cook for another 10 minutes until kale wilts.
