Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine dried figs, almonds, walnuts, oats, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and shape it into cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
