In a large pot, bring water and vegetable stock to a boil.

Add potatoes, carrots, and leeks to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil and cook salmon fillets until they are cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the pan and flake it into smaller pieces.

Add the flaked salmon, dried dill, salt, and black pepper to the pot with vegetables.

Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve the mojakka hot, garnished with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
