  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the chopped dates with a fork until they form a paste-like consistency.
  4. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the mashed dates. Mix well.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped almonds.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
