In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and almond milk. Dip each ladyfinger into the mixture, soaking it for a few seconds on each side.

In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a serving dish, arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers. Spread a layer of the cashew cream on top. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cashew cream.

Sift cocoa powder over the top layer of cashew cream.

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
