Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Brush olive oil on both sides of the rice paper sheets.

Sprinkle sea salt, black pepper, and paprika evenly on the sheets.

Cut each sheet into desired shapes and sizes.

Place the sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the thins turn crispy and golden.

Remove from the oven and let them cool.
