Costco Clone Granola
Granola was invented in the United States in the late 19th century as a health food. It was originally known as ‘granula’ and was made with graham flour.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, add dried cranberries and mix well.

Store in an airtight container.
