This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 100 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flakes, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled coconut bars.

Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Once set, cut into bars and serve.
